Looking at the thrilling smells, flavours and cooking techniques 'Middle Eastern style', Chef Reuven Banay and his passion for all things Food led a memorable evening for all budding chefs in attendance.

Exploring ways of being innovative with techniques and tradition, a virtual journey was travelled - and tasted - together.

Having run over twenty art sessions and counting, Neshomo is aware that whether you're a budding da Vinci, or just a fan of doodling in the margins, tapping into your creative side can do wonders for your mental health.

Joining up with other mental health organisations, or running these sessions just for Neshomo clientele, they are always popular and well-loved, as we continue working towards our Social Prescribing goal to improve wellbeing through creativity.
